Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 July 2026 · These terms govern your use of Nutri.Markets, operated by Nutri Markets Ltd.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nutri.Markets (the "Platform"), purchasing a Market Expansion Blueprint, or subscribing to any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. The Service

Nutri.Markets provides B2B market intelligence Blueprints and monitoring services for brands in the nutraceutical, sports nutrition, skincare, cosmetics, and food & beverage categories.

Blueprints — A 14-day research and intelligence package covering a specified product category and target market. Content is generated using AI-assisted research, proprietary data sources, and human editorial review.

Monitor subscription — A recurring intelligence subscription providing weekly regulatory, competitive, and trend updates for specified markets.

Platform access — Web-based dashboard, Blueprint viewer, label analysis tools, and related features available to registered users.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and acting in a professional or business capacity to use the Platform. The Platform is not intended for consumers.

Notify us immediately at support@nutri.markets if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

4. Orders & Payment

Blueprint orders — Blueprints are purchased on a per-Blueprint basis at the price shown at checkout. Payment is processed via Stripe. Full payment is required before Blueprint generation begins.

Monitor subscriptions — Billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no partial refunds.

Pricing — Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect active subscriptions during their current billing period.

Taxes — You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction. We collect VAT for EU/UK customers where required by law.

5. Refund Policy

Blueprint refunds — Because Blueprints are custom research products that begin generation immediately on payment, refunds are not available once generation has commenced (typically within 24 hours). If generation has not yet begun, contact us within 12 hours for a full refund.

Defective Blueprints — If a Blueprint contains material factual errors attributable to our research process (not changes in market conditions after delivery), we will provide a corrected module or a partial credit at our discretion.

Monitor subscriptions — No refunds for partial subscription months. You retain access through the end of the paid period after cancellation.

To request a refund or report a defect, email support@nutri.markets within 14 days of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

Platform IP — All software, designs, templates, data structures, and Platform content are owned by Nutri Markets Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Your Blueprint — Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Blueprint for your internal business purposes. You may share it within your organisation but may not resell, sublicence, or publish it externally without written consent.

Your data — You retain all rights to the brand documents, product information, and label images you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to generate your Blueprint.

Restrictions — You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, reproduce, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems.

Transmit malicious code, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or interfere with Platform integrity.

Use the Platform to generate intelligence on behalf of third parties without disclosing this to us.

✕

Resell, rebrand, or white-label our Blueprints or data without a written reseller agreement.

8. Disclaimers

Intelligence, not advice — Blueprints are market intelligence products, not legal, regulatory, financial, or professional advice. Verify regulatory requirements independently and consult qualified professionals before making market entry decisions.

No guarantees — Market conditions change rapidly. We do not guarantee that any intelligence is complete, error-free, or current at the time you act upon it.
→
AI-generated content — Some Blueprint sections are generated with AI assistance. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed critically alongside primary sources.
→
As-is — The Platform is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nutri Markets Ltd and its directors, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any Blueprint.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information (marked as such or reasonably understood to be confidential) confidential, and not to disclose it to third parties except as required by law. This does not apply to information that is publicly available or independently developed.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@nutri.markets. Termination does not affect outstanding payment obligations.

Upon termination, your licence to use any delivered Blueprints survives for your internal use; your Platform access ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved in good faith. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

For users in the EU: nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory local consumer protection laws.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
